Corey, a 3rd-gen shellfish farmer from Mashpee and a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, owns and operates Duck Island Shellfish Company, a 2-acre offshore farm raising oysters and quahogs. Inspired by his father and grandfather, Corey pursued a degree in marine biology. He now lives with his wife, son, and their dog and cat in Hyannis.
