The PathMakers Program is a facilitator-led peer mentoring program that empowers women through self-advocacy and personal growth. Participants gain confidence, support, and connection in a safe space. Each PathMaker selects a Mentoring partner to work toward a personal goal, meeting individually and in monthly group sessions in Hyannis, hosted by WE CAN. Discussions cover topics like self-compassion, personal strengths, and vision-setting.
