Supporting leadership development, professional advancement, and mentoring programs, including CCYP's Cape Women's Leadership Initiative and the Communicating with Confidence program.

This Committee is a good fit for volunteers who want to:

  • Work with a team to design professional development, continuing education, mentoring, and coaching opportunities in support of workforce training and advancement
  • Engage in developing core leadership and management skills to grow professionally and personally
  • Contribute in event planning, education, and program design and implementation skills
