CCYP was founded in 2005 by a group of young workers and leaders seeking to create a supportive community for young people living and working on Cape Cod. Fast forward two decades... CCYP has two full-time staff members, a 20-member Board of Directors, and a membership spanning all of Cape Cod and the Islands (and beyond!).
Patrick Ehart
President
Patrick owns and operates Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service. He grew up on Cape Cod, attended St. George’s School in RI, and went on to Babson College. He serves as an advisor to the Cape Cod Maritime Museum and was a 2023 40 Under 40 recipient. He lives in Osterville with his wife, Meagan. They enjoy spending their free time with family and friends, boating, and traveling.

Stephanie Dennehy
VICE PRESIDENT
Stephanie serves as executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Cape Cod 5. Stephanie earned a B.S. from Bentley University and attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking Program at Wharton. She serves on the board of the New England Financial Marketing Association and on the advisory board for the ABA Bank Marketing Conference. She and her husband have three sons and a golden retriever.

Christina Wiseman
VICE PRESIDENT
Christina is the Director of Marketing at Housing Assistance Corporation. She earned a B.A. from from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and spent time studying in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Senegal. After graduation, she served with AmeriCorps and the U.S. Peace Corps. Christina lives in Harwich with her husband, son, and dog.

Pat Phelan
TREASURER
Pat works as a financial planner with Eagle Strategies. He earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University. Prior to moving to Cape Cod, Pat spent six years playing professional soccer around the world. He lives in Eastham with his wife, their three children, and their yellow lab.

Casey Chatelain
CLERK
Casey is an environmental scientist with the Horsley Witten Group. She earned a B.A. in environmental studies from College of the Holy Cross and a masters of Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island. Casey lives in Brewster with her husband, dog, barn cat, chickens, bees, and garden where she serves as Vice-Chair of the Brewster Conservation Commission.

Alton Chun
Director
Alton is the chief operating officer of Upland Capital Corporation. Prior, he served as regional managing director of Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. In addition to CCYP, Alton is on the board of the Harwich Chamber and Outer Cape Health Services and serves on Forbes Travel Guide’s standards advisory committee. Alton was drawn to Cape Cod for its beauty and lives here with his wife, Kristen, and their four children.

Kristi Dolbec
DIRECTOR
Kristi began her career at Latham Centers in 2009 and is currently the director of Human Resources. She is passionate about helping individuals, both neurotypical and neurodiverse, succeed. Kristi earned her M.Ed. in ABA from Endicott College. A Cape Cod native, she enjoys, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Helaine Goudreau
DIRECTOR
Helaine has over a decade of experience in the non-profit and public sectors, including her current role with the Cape Cod Commission. She earned a B.A. from Connecticut College and has spent time living, studying, and working in the U.K. and Ireland. Helaine lives in Orleans with her husband and enjoys running, watching the Firebirds, and volunteering with We Can and E for All.

Adam Gracia
DIRECTOR
Adam is the executive director of CARE for the Cape & Islands and has worked nationally and locally in the nonprofit industry with a focus on raising support for community resources, affordable housing, and disease research for over 20 years. Raised on Cape Cod, Adam is a graduate of Sandwich High School. He earned his B.A. from Westfield State and his M.A. from Webster University. Adam is also a veteran with service in the Army National Guard and the Ukrainian International Legion and lives in Chatham with his family.

Sarah Nitsch
DIRECTOR
Sarah is the senior marketing manager for Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and owns and operates a digital marketing company, NitschWorks, with her husband Rob. Sarah earned her B.F.A. from the Academy of Art University. In her free time, she is commissioner of the Dennis Women’s Flag Football League and enjoys time with her two sons and socializing with friends.

Risa Oliveira-Ramos
DIRECTOR
Risa is the owner and president of Captain by the Bay, with operations in the U.S. and Cabo Verde. She holds a M.S. accounting and is now pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration. When she's not managing her business or furthering her education, Risa enjoys traveling with her family, teaching, cooking, reading, and indulging in her love of Asian dramas. She lives in Yarmouth with her husband, Dino, and their three children.
Joshua Regan
DIRECTOR
Josh is an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, with over eight years of banking and customer service experience with Citizens and Chase Bank. An active outdoors enthusiast, Josh lives in Wareham with his fiancé, Ashleigh, and their border collie.

Annisha Romney
DIRECTOR
A Cape resident for over 30 years, Annisha holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Women's Studies, along with a Graduate Certificate in Women in Politics and Public Policy. With experience in hospitality, community organizing, and information sciences, Annisha serves as the Technology Support Specialist for CLAMS. While not working, or reading, Annisha spends time hanging out with their mischievous cat, Prime.

Valerie Silva
DIRECTOR
Valerie is the president of Silva Accounting Professionals (formerly known as Glivinski & Associates). She earned a B.S. from Johnson & Wales and a master's from the University of Phoenix. Val serves on the board treasurer of the Family Table Collaborative and lives in West Yarmouth with her husband and twin daughters.

Jonathan Thompson
DIRECTOR
JT is the founder of JT's Chronicles, a nonprofit organization that focuses on promoting positivity in communities, and teaching kids about loving themselves, setting goals, and persevering through challenges. As a lifelong resident and unofficial "Mayor of Cape Cod," bringing joy to his community is what he was meant to do.

Mariia Watts

Mariia is a project accountant at Tighe & Bond. She holds a Master's in Business Administration from Charlton College of Business and resides in Yarmouth Port with her husband and daughter. She enjoys staying active, exploring the scenic beauty of Cape Cod, and nurturing her passion for travel.

Angelique Viamari

Angelique currently serves as senior vice president of Governance of Cape Cod 5. Angelique earned a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University and a B.A. in political science from Union College. She completed the New England School for Financial Studies in Banking course at Babson College and earned a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University. Angelique also attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking Program at the Wharton School of Business.

Julie Woodward
DIRECTOR
Julie is an associate attorney with LaTanzi, Spaulding & Landreth in Orleans. She earned her law degree from the University of Arizona in 2005 and “washed ashore” on the Cape in 2020. Julie is an attorney coach for Nauset Regional High School Mock Trial, provides legal consults through We Can, and serves on the board of directors for the Barnstable County Bar Association. In her free time, Julie can be found on the water or in the garage with her husband and friends.

Elizabeth York
DIRECTOR
Liz is the development manager at the Cahoon Museum. She earned her B.A. from Ithaca College and a master’s in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Liz, her husband, and her son live in Sandwich and she enjoys rowing, swimming, and tending to her flock of chickens.

Emily Wagner
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Emily Wagner became executive director of CCYP in April 2024. Before joining CCYP, Emily served as director of communications for the National Head Start Association and deputy director of advocacy communications for the American Library Association. She also brings experience in fundraising, communications, and organizing from years working in higher education and with The Pew Charitable Trusts. Originally from Brewster, Emily is a graduate of both Mount Holyoke College and The Catholic University of America.
Jesse Collins-Peck
MARKETING MANAGER
Jesse earned a B.A. in performing arts management from the University of Hartford’s Hartt School. She moved to West Yarmouth in June 2021 and worked as the executive assistant at Payomet Performing Arts Center in North Truro before she joined CCYP in May 2022. Jesse leads CCYP's events and programs which bring together thousands of Cape Codders each year. When she is not working, Jesse enjoys reading, walking with her dog, biking the rail trail, and skiing.
