Courtney is a proud public servant and employee of the Town of Brewster. She moved to Cape Cod in 2015 to intern at the Cape Cod National Seashore. Courtney received her MPA in 2021 from Roger Williams University and lives in Yarmouth with her husband and dog.

Haley is the program manager for CARE for the Cape and Islands, where she works to bring community members, advocates, and business owners together around the shared goal of reducing plastic waste. In 2023, Haley successfully brought two articles to Yarmouth’s town meeting to reduce single-use plastics.

Ella Sampou

Ella is CDP's community organizing manager. She has experience in agriculture and aquaculture, land conservation, community and youth climate organizing, and teaching high school civics and history. At CDP, Ella conducts outreach, training, and education for the Lower Cape community.
