This leadership development program offers an exciting opportunity for emerging women leaders on the Cape to acquire vital leadership skills essential for personal and professional growth. The program is designed to be engaging and collaborative, fostering a supportive team environment. 

Participants will benefit from a variety of workshops conducted by dynamic facilitators. They will also gain insights and strategies for success from accomplished Cape women leaders through mentoring sessions and ongoing coaching.

Who should apply?

The program is designed for high-performing female-identifying leaders. It is open to all career stages, but may be especially relevant for those with roles such as: supervisor, coordinator, manager, or director.

Key Benefits
