This leadership development program offers an exciting opportunity for emerging women leaders on the Cape to acquire vital leadership skills essential for personal and professional growth. The program is designed to be engaging and collaborative, fostering a supportive team environment.
Participants will benefit from a variety of workshops conducted by dynamic facilitators. They will also gain insights and strategies for success from accomplished Cape women leaders through mentoring sessions and ongoing coaching.

Equip yourself with strategies (and a network!) to get where you want to go. Session topics will include: defining your leadership identity and style; improving communication and negotiation skills; and developing your career roadmap.
