CCYP Annouces Line-Up for 10th Annual Shape the Cape Summit
Barnstable, MA – Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP) is thrilled to host its 10th Annual Shape the Cape Summit on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, presented by Seamen's Bank at The Emerald Resort in Barnstable, MA. This highly anticipated event has been reinvented this year to bring together 70+ speakers to share insights, experiences, and bold ideas on what it means to live and work on Cape today.

About the Summit
The Shape the Cape Summit is a one-day conference featuring interactive workshops and panel discussions on topics ranging from career development to civic engagement and work-life balance. The event is designed to facilitate community conversation around a variety of issues that impact quality of life and career opportunity for young people living and working on Cape Cod. The Summit was first introduced in 2016 in response to the CCYP-commissioned Shape the Cape Survey, which highlighted a number of factors that could be driving the “out-migration” of young residents on Cape Cod.
