Our first Coffee Connect of 2024 at Three Fins Coffee Roasters and Nové Yoga & Wellness in West Dennis was so fun!
Attendees started their day with networking, coffee, and pastries at Three Fins before heading over to Nové Yoga.
The morning program kicked off with an overview of exhibits and classes offered by today's featured CCYP Nonprofit Member, Cape Cod Museum of Art. Thank you to Michael Rabideau, CCMOA Director of Operations, for joining us and for also generously providing each attendee with a free pass to visit the museum!
Catherine Bieri, owner of Three Fins, then welcomed us and shared insights on how Three Fins makes their coffee and where they source it from. (If you haven't yet visited this spacious and inviting local coffee and gathering spot, add this to your "to do" list for 2024!)
After a round of participant introductions, Jitka Borowick, owner of Nové Yoga, spoke about the types of programs Nové offers. Attendees then participated in a 10-minute meditation and mindfulness exercise focused on setting intentions for the new year with Nové Yoga instructor Ashley Woodworth.
Nové also provided our attendees with the opportunity to participate in a free yoga or spin class! Additional giveaways included a bag of coffee beans from Three Fins and a shirt and 3-class pass from Nové Yoga!
Thank you to our generous hosts and community partners, Three Fins Coffee Roasters & Nové Yoga & Wellness!
