Kristi Dolbec
Kristi began her career at Latham Centers in 2009 and is currently the director of Human Resources. She is passionate about helping individuals, both neurotypical and neurodiverse, succeed. Kristi earned her M.Ed. in ABA from Endicott College. A Cape Cod native, she enjoys, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She serves on CCYP's Board of Directors and CCYP's Leadership & Professional Advancement Committee.
