From Bogotá, Colombia, Paola is trilingual and holds a degree in finance. She worked in the financial sector of a courier company before transitioning to hospitality and later dedicating herself to raising her three sons, two with special needs. Committed to being a well-rounded mother, she integrates holistic healing, mindfulness, and meditation into her life to create balance amid work, advocacy, and family. She actively navigates education and healthcare systems for her children, manages summer homes, leads the Nauset Multilingual Parent Advisory Council, and promotes cultural inclusion.
