Sam, a Cape Cod native, earned a Business Management degree from Saint Michael’s College. After a decade in construction, she joined Mass Hire Cape and Islands Workforce Board as a Sector Strategist. Passionate about community, she serves on multiple committees and enjoys sports, the outdoors, and family time.
