CCYP Launches Future Fund Campaign to Power the Next Chapter of Impact

Cape Cod, MA — CCYP today announced the launch of the Future Fund, a capital campaign aimed at strengthening the long-term sustainability and impact of the organization. The campaign was seeded by a powerful show of generosity from CCYP’s founding board members and early champions, who gathered to reflect on the organization's legacy and invest in its future. Together, this steadfast group of supporters contributed more than $40,000.

"For the past two decades, CCYP has built a trusted and enduring network that supports the next generation of Cape Cod leaders,” said Emily Wagner, executive director. “The Future Fund is about securing the resources we need to keep showing up — in innovative, accessible, and community-centered ways — for the people building lives and careers here."

This outpouring of support is not only a vote of confidence in what’s next, it also gives CCYP the resources to complete the year-long strategic planning process already underway. The organization is now poised to deepen its support for young professionals, expand leadership opportunities, and strengthen its role as a regional connector, so the work begun by its founders 20 years ago continues to be responsive, inclusive, and built to last.

"Seeing 20 years of shared purpose around the table — and witnessing that spirit of commitment still going strong — was incredibly inspiring," said CCYP Board President Patrick Ehart. "This campaign belongs to all of us who believe in the future of this region and the people who are shaping it."

CCYP extends heartfelt gratitude our founding board members and early champions, whose leadership and generosity are fueling this moment of renewal: Jennifer Armandi, Jamie Bohlin, Anne Buchs, Adam Burnett, Matt Cole, Amanda Converse, Shawn DeLude, Lynn Mason-Small, Moira Noonan-Kerry, Christopher O'Brien, Stacie Peugh, Michael Robinson, Melissa Sanderson, Gary Sheehan, and Christopher Ward.

The Future Fund is now being carried forward by CCYP’s current Board of Directors, including: Alton Chun, Stephanie Dennehy, Patrick Ehart, Sarah Nitsch, Risa Oliveira-Ramos, Pat Phelan, Val Silva, and Christina Wiseman.

Supporters are invited to join the Future Fund effort with a gift of any size. Every contribution helps build the foundation for CCYP’s next 20 years. To contribute, visit: ccyp.org/donate
