December Volunteer Connect at Cape Abilities Farm

Join us at the greenhouse for holiday wreath making (& decorating), networking, snacks, and refreshments. The Farm will then be able to sell the wreaths to their customers. Thank you to Cape Abilities Farm for generously hosting CCYP!
