Common Grounds
Free, virtual, peer-to-peer mentoring session.
Sometimes you just need to talk it through with someone who gets it. Common Grounds is your space to connect with fellow pros, share challenges, swap strategies, and realize you're not figuring this out alone.
Wait, what is it?
Common Grounds brings working people on Cape Cod together for conversation about the real stuff we're all navigating... career transitions, workplace challenges, work-life balance, professional growth, and everything in between. No formal agenda. Just open dialogue with people who get it.
How it works
- Show up. Sessions are held virtually via Zoom, making it easy to join from anywhere on the Cape (or off).
- Share. Bring your questions, challenges, or wins. This is a judgment-free space to learn from each other's experiences.
- Grow. Leave with new perspectives, practical advice, and connections that extend beyond the session.
Who should join?
Common Grounds is open to everyone, CCYP members and non-members alike. Whether you're:
- Navigating a career transition
- Managing a team for the first time
- Starting a business or side hustle
- Feeling stuck or isolated in your career
- Looking for community and connection
- Just wanting to learn from others
This is your space.
