convenes hundreds of business and nonprofit leaders, elected officials, local employers, and the Cape’s young workforce
and up-and-coming leaders for solutions-oriented discussions on the issues that matter most to our region’s future.
Join us for a day filled with innovative people, projects, and partnerships focused on building a vibrant and resilient Cape
community and ensuring that our current and next generation of year-rounders can live, work, and thrive in our region.
The Shape the Cape Summit includes thought-provoking speakers, interactive discussions, and engaging, action-focused
workshops led by exemplary Cape leaders, all centered on this year’s Summit theme of “From Innovation to Activation.”
Summit sessions are designed to foster creative idea exchange, surface potential solutions, and identify opportunities
for action and collaboration across sectors.
In 2024, we are shifting the Summit to a more central location in Hyannis to make it more accessible to people from
across the region. Make plans to join us on April 2nd at the newly renovated Emerald Resort (formerly the Hyannis
Resort and Conference Center)!
