CCYP, as the group has come to be known, is a non-profit organization founded by interested parents of Cobb County, Georgia. It was formed in the spring of 1992 as a repertory group of young people dedicated to learning and performing live theatre for family audiences. This is still true today though our audiences have expanded to include people throughout the local metropolitan area. 

Our mission at CCYP is a simple one: We seek to fulfill a need in our community to educate our youth to all aspects of the performance and production of live theatre and to nurture the love of live theatre in persons of all ages. Need based scholarships may be available.
