Online Registration

 

Complete the registration form and click the Submit Form button.  If you have more than one child, complete a separate form for each. 

 

Space in our productions is limited - we accept registrations on a first registered, first paid basis in the order that payments are received.  We will  continue to accept online registrations and payments on a wait-list basis after available spaces are filled.  You will be notified if your registration is placed on a wait list.

 

After you submit the registration form, you will  be redirected to a payment page where you may pay the $185 registration fee (major credit cards) or find additional information regarding payment by check.

 

All payments must be received no later than 5pm August 14.  Earlier payment may be required to ensure a place in the cast, subject to the number of registrants and the wait list. 

 

No refunds will be provided after August 17.

 

 

There will be a MANDATORY ACTOR/PARENT MEETING 7 pm Tuesday, August 17 @ The Art Place.  At least one parent must attend this meeting to complete registration.  If you cannot attend, please notify Mary at 770-591-3736 (preferably in advance) to arrange a makeup session.  Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your registration. 

 

Our production of Treasure Island will have 2 casts of up to 25 actors each.  We will hold auditions Saturday, August 21 @ Curtain Call Place.  All paid registrants WILL BE CAST in the show.  Specific casting decisions and roles will be at the discretion of the director. 

 

Flexibility and availability to participate in either cast increases your chance for a better part.  You may ONLY request a specific cast if you have a regular weekly activity that directly conflicts with rehearsal time. Cast A meets Tuesdays 7pm-9pm and Saturdays 10am-12:30pm.  Cast B meets Thursdays 7pm-9pm and Saturdays 1pm-3:30pm.  Carpooling requests will not be considered during the casting process.

 

CCYP attendance policy allows only 3 absences - NONE AFTER NOVEMBER 3rd.   You may not miss ANY mandatory dates, so review (print out!) the Preliminary Production Schedule and make sure you can commit to the show rehearsal and performance dates.  Once you are cast, the entire production crew and cast will be counting on you!
